Role Title: Yoga & Facilities Supervisor Perks:
12-16 hours/week per position
Hourly Starting Rate: $14.00

Responsibilities:
Daily Studio Operations:
Support the Studio Owner and management team on the daily operations of the studio and the realization of the studio’s vision
Respond to info@ email and voicemail messages and answer incoming phone calls
Reconcile the Daily Receivables/cash, and work with the bookkeeper to resolve discrepancies
Support the Front Desk as needed, maintain training material for front desk team
Support the Ambassador program, stepping in as Ambassador Coordinator as needed, and helping to grow the Coordinator role
Members and Membership
Support the member life cycle by proactively engaging with members and helping them choose the right membership for their needs
Facilitate the membership contract process and ongoing contract maintenance (creation, suspension, termination)
Follow up on all contact logs and liaise with Studio Owner as needed to keep her apprised of member concerns/issues
Facility Support
Set the standards for cleanliness
Ensure all cleaning and general supplies are ordered and replenished, and that the studio is optimally functional, tidy and considers energy conservation where possible
Liaise with the Studio Owner when supplies need replacing, or for repairs and studio/appliance maintenance
Marketing & Promotion
Support the Social Media and Marketing strategies by posting one post per shift through the studio Facebook and Instagram accounts, and assisting with the creation of the monthly newsletter
Proactively participate in community building, and the sharing promotional information within the community
Assist the Studio Owner and team with the execution of seasonal promotional plans
